Bebe i mučnina u vožnji: saveti i preventiva

Tokom putovanja automobilom, vozom ili brodom, ili čak na igralištu, mučnina usled kretanja može izazvati nelagodnost i malaksalost.

Bolest kretanja ili bolest vožnje je uobičajena bolest kod dece i može biti vrlo intenzivna i neprijatna. Dešava se u situacijama vezanim za kretanje, poput putovanja automobilom, vozom, avionom ili brodom, a može se dogoditi i tokom igre ili svakodnevnih aktivnosti, na primer, tokom vožnje na atrakcijama u zabavnom parku.

Bolest vožnje se kod dece manifestuje kao mučnina ili povraćanje, bledilo, pojačano lučenje pljuvačke, vrtoglavica, glavobolja ili opšta malaksalost.

Evo nekoliko saveta za sprečavanje mučnine u vožnji:

– kada putujete automobilom ili vozilima na točkovima, pokušajte da najmlađe stavite na mesto sa kojeg mogu da posmatraju okolinu napolju, tako da sede u smeru u kojem se putuje;

– ukoliko je moguće, uvežbajte dete da gleda u jednu postojanu tačku (npr. u horizont);

sprečite dete da čita ili obavlja aktivnosti koje zahtevaju da se vidno polje stalno prilagođava (mobilni telefoni, prenosivi uređaji, itd);

– odvratite im pažnju tako što ćete zajedno pevati pesme, recitovati ili pričati priče;

– vodite računa da ne pomeraju glavu naglo;

– ako možete, putujte noću, a ako ne, stavite detetu naočare za sunce sa tamnim staklima;

– savetujte najmlađima da dremaju tokom putovanja, ili ih smestite što bliže središnjem delu vozila, neka budu naslonjeni, zatvorenih očiju;

– tokom putovanja automobilom ili autobusom, neka deca imitiraju vozača i savijaju telo u pravcu krivina;

– pripremite lagane obroke, izbegavajte tešku hranu;

– izbegavajte neprijatne ili jake mirise u putničkoj kabini i pobrinite se da ima dobru ventilaciju.

Ove male promene mogu pomoći da sprečite mučninu u vožnji i budete sigurni da Vaša beba uživa u mirnoj vožnji.
